Left, Right, and Teaching

Mr. Chanman (see blogroll at left, Buckhorn Road) tells a great story. OK, it's not great, it's incredibly sublime and ridiculous, but his political instincts are, as artillerists would say, steel on target.

This is such typical leftist nonsense. Yes, leftist. Do you think conservatives would come up with a solution like this for classrooms where students won't be quiet so the teachers can do their job?

Would it be too much to expect the students to stop talking over the teacher?

Apparently no one in France was smart enough to incorporate the squirt bottle into their daily classroom routine...

Darren's Army? Wow. When I was in the army my platoon was given the name "Miller's Killers." I don't think that would be right for school, though.

Sublime and ridiculous? Why, that's me!

Thanks for the plug, and "Miller's Killers" is friggin' hilarious!

It's not *you*, it's the story you related!

And the story of how "Miller's Killers" got their name? Now that's sublime! I'll have to tell you some time.
