When you don't work out at all, it's easy to convince yourself that you could. This we call lying to yourself. Just 2 days of short workouts from a phone app and I'm rediscovering muscles I didn't know I wasn't using. Owie.
The app designer said the exercises are designed to be done at home and to use my own body weight as resistance. I assure you, my body is resisting!

My new coach is named Oakley.
He's a 65 lb Pyranees/golden mix.
He's very sweet but doesn't like other dogs so we had him gifted to us by my son and daughter in law who had rescued him.
He's got excellent manners, but wants to go for a walk at least twice a day, more if he thinks he can convince me to get out in the heat.
Honestly after having to move my Mom into a senior living complex and walking Oakley, my legs feel like they weigh 300 lbs a piece.
