Don't get me wrong. Not every conservative has a winning personality and not every liberal is a toothache in search of a mouth to inhabit. In fact, one of the single nicest people I know is a liberal (Hi, Julie Joyce!) Yet and still, it's not a reach to say that most liberals, especially the ones that are politically active, are just generally difficult to get along with.Let the whining begin!
It's not just me saying that either. I've interviewed more than one big name conservative who has told me that they moved over to the right in large part because the other liberals they were around were such insufferable human beings....

Why Liberals Can Be So Dang Unpleasant :-)
I've said for a long time that "Conservatives think liberals are wrong, liberals think conservatives are evil." That sentiment is included in this list:

Liberals live in a world of their inferiors. Inferiors who those liberals are willing to lead into a golden tomorrow but, in many cases, their inferiors are recalcitrant and unappreciative of the sacrifices liberals are making on behalf of those inferiors.
Aren't they laying out a road to a just, equable, prosperous, clean world? Why won't their inferiors crowd around their banner according liberals the benignly authoritarian rule they so properly deserve?
I think it's very understandable why liberals quite often feel justified in nastiness; they're forced to live in a world of inferior ingrates.
