"Strange, but true, thanks to a bunch of 8th grade boys, intentional farting has been banned from CRMS," the newsletter said. "It started out as a funny joke and eventually turned into a game. This is the first rule at CRMS that prevents the use of natural bodily functions. The penalty for intentional farting is a detention, so keep it to yourself!"

It's gratifying to see that public education officials have properly ordered their priorities.
Against all odds, upon reading the story it appears that the superintendent is neither impressed nor alarmed. Who would've thought that something as trivial as thirteen year-old boys passing gas wouldn't have resulted in the lads being thrown out of school?
After all, expulsion certainly seems like the appropriate punishment for an expulsion?
Would someone please talk to the coaches? I mean, really....
