This is yet another self-inflicted one, done probably to "raise awareness" about hate crimes. John at Discriminations (see blogroll at left) has chronicled several such self-inflicted "hate" crimes in recent years.
So, to tie in to the comment thread from this post: how "diverse" and "tolerant" is GWU?
