Apparently, Wal*Mart has been quite the good corporate citizen during the hurricane. Will NEA call off the dogs? I doubt it.
Update, 9/10/05 9:34 am: According to this Wall Street Journal article, both Wal*Mart and Home Depot have stepped up to the plate. Kudos to both of them.

I'm still waiting for NEA to give me the option of re-directing a percentage of my forced-to-pay-because-California's-a-closed-shop-state dues for hurricane relief.
I won't be holding my breath.
That would be a *classic* PR campaign.
BTW, I wonder how much money NEA gave to the Kerry campaign, and how much it's giving to hurricane relief. Just wondering....
