We're All Equal

Harrison Bergeron was not intended as a how-to manual:
Lakeland Regional High School administrators sent a letter to parents this week stating that prom attendees must take school-provided and chaperoned coach buses to and from the venue in June.

Schools Superintendent Hugh Beattie says it's a matter of safety and equity for all students. He says it will cost $15 to ride the buses.
Combine this with my previous post, about local schools doing away with class rankings, and you see where this so-called equity takes us--it lifts no one, it just drags everyone down to the ground.

That might be intended more to curb drunk driving and keep the sweet innocent little kiddie-winks from sneaking off to have vile, disgusting s-x.
