Im going to guess Athens. Far northern Greece crosses the 40th parallel and Athens is only a bit south of that. Korea is divided at the 37th parallel (not exact of course) and Seoul is south of that. Las Vegas is probably further north than most people would think based on its climate, but I dont think it could be above 37 degrees, which means it cant be north of Seoul, and probably isnt north of Athens. Also Ive noticed that Ive never seen a trick question on this blog so Im going to guess that this one isnt either.
