Some more background: Under a 1995 ruling in a case called B.B. v. State, the Florida Supreme Court said that a 16-year-old could not be found delinquent for having sex with another 16-year-old.

Oh, come on. Those laws were meant to keep 45 year old men from taking pictures of 9 year old girls. Who cares if some a 16 year old girl sends a few pictures to her boyfriend?

Girl, 13, has sex with (and gets pregnant by) her 12 year old boyfriend. Both are charged and convicted for sex with a minor under 14, making them both victim AND offender. Ridiculous.
