There used to be many such scary predictions. And we all enjoyed ourselves by repeating them and scaring the heck out of our friends. Not so much anymore. After a while and nearly 100 such failed predictions resulting in things being much as they were yesterday, we have mostly stopped paying attention. However, after enough warming and ocean rising finally becoming impossible to ignore, We will get to work and fix things as much as we can. That's just how the human animal does things.
