I refer you to this exceptional post by my friend Mr. Chanman, and ask you to consider which political philosophy, current American liberalism or conservatism, is better able to deal with this man.
Now extrapolate from this one person to the world, and tell me which American political party you trust more to deal with the Saddam Husseins, the Ahmedinejads, the Dear Leaders, the Assads, the Chavezes, and the bin Ladens of the world.

Grouping Chavez with Bin Laden? Interesting.
The similarities are more important then the differences.
Having been a police officer for nearly two decades, I can attest to the fact that evil is among us, and as has been pointed out elsewhere, it is often not flashy and obvious, but common and banal.
Richard Pryor had an old comic bit about how he visited a prison and talked with the brothers. He asked one: "Why did you kill the whole family?" Reply: "They wuz home." To his credit, Pryor then said, "Thank God we got pens!" The banality of evil.
There is something utterly sick, utterly soul dead in liberalism that does not allow it to recognize genuine evil, but instead substitutes WalMart, President Bush, Vice President Cheney, General Petreaus and others. Obama is no better and no less infected with this sickness.
Mike, usually I'd say something flip like, "Quit beating around the bush and tell us how you really feel", but your comment contains such deep wisdom that I can only thank you for sharing it here.
This video was shown on my Fox affiliate here in Dallas, for which I and others like me, let them know our disgust. I have no idea what happened in 19 years to make that kid think he could just kill two guys for an old car and three dollars and get away with it. There's this type of attitude among some people that the world owes them. A father of a friend of mine was a psychiatrist who testified in countless trials regarding the sociopathic personality. His take was that most crime, especially violent crime, is perpetrated by people who are so narcissistic that they have no concept of sympathy, empathy or humanity. When we see people who commit crimes without guilt, or even act out against co-workers or relatives without guilty, there's no question that they are evil, they impact society negatively and that they are a menace.
