I had to double-check the location of this story... because I heard about a similar incident that happened within my district from the school staff at my old school last year...
So it's not just an east-coast thing. Sadly, it probably isn't even especially unusual.
this doesnt matter, but am i reading this correctly...and it says "two mothers and THEIR daughter". so, does this daughter have two moms, and no father figure?
Been there, done that. I had two kids in my first year class, who unbeknownst to me, were having words. Spring break comes along and one kid is precipitously plucked out of my class and sent to AEP. It turns out this kids mom drove him to the other kids house and watched and coached while her kids beat the heck out of him. Several assault charges, AEP time, etc after, these kids are out of school and the assailant is out of the Army on dishonorable discharge and the other kid is working full time and going to school. I think there's a moral there somewhere.
Re: the art teacher who was fired for painting with his ***: You can't really begin to appreciate the situation until you've seen the YouTube clip. It's online now.
You don't know how sick it makes me to see the words teacher or especially art teacher associated with these obnoxiously narcissic behaviors. Maybe all teachers should have some sort of personality profile taken before they enter any school.

Read again! It says "Two mothers and their...daughters". Maybe that "cigar" you mentioned in a comment on another post is having a delayed impact!

Are you sure this wasn't another episode at Fontana High School?
