Is This Really An Argument They Want To Put Forth?

This remark ranks right up there with the president's telling a guy to buy a more fuel-efficient vehicle because the guy can't afford gas:
President Obama's solicitor general, defending the national health care law on Wednesday, told a federal appeals court that Americans who didn't like the individual mandate could always avoid it by choosing to earn less money.
Freakin' genius.

Come on, socialists. Defend this remark. (I'm not looking for defenses of socialism or of national health care or of the president or any of that crap. Defend this remark.)

Remember my recent comments on the return of ROTC to the Ivy League and it may not be worth 200k plus for a Lieutenant without a decent education. Case in point.

I looked up our Solicitor General's education. Dartmouth College, Yale Law School.

I'm not saying every graduate of these colleges are morons...but it seems a thread that the morons in government, aka public servants are Ivy League grads.
