Great Personal News
Saturday I received an email stating that I've been recommended to be added to the roster of qualified candidates to be Fulbright Specialists! That means that some time in the next three years I could be chosen to go somewhere in the world as a "math teacher specialist". Ideally I would go to a developing country and, perhaps, show institutions how best to incorporate technology (appropriately) into their math curriculum. I'll be on the roster for 3 years, and while there's no guarantee I'll be chosen to be a Specialist, it's still an exciting time for me. Very stoked at the possibilities!
