Ending Global Warming Cheaply

Assuming that global warming actually exists and is a bad thing for humanity, one (not disinterested) PhD has determined the following:

Conclusion: Saving the environment using nuclear power could be cheap and worth doing.

I'm all about nuclear power. So is Patrick Moore, co-founder of Greenpeace.

Amen to that. If nothing else the decrease in particulates, mercury, sulfur and nitrogen oxides from burning coal, and the water pollution from coal mining would be worth it. Oh yes, and all of the radioactive material that the anti-nuclear folks don't seem to know is released from burning coal. http://www.ornl.gov/info/ornlreview/rev26-34/text/colmain.html
