Here in SC, we've been unmasked since last April. Cases this school year went rose and abated just as they did last year when we were all masking (and had half the school present on any given day due to A/B days). All theater, brought on by unelected federal and state health/medical bureaucrats.
Math Teacher is exactly right. I've heard it said by medical professionals that trying to stop Covid Virus with a mask is like trying to stop a bunch of mosquitos with a chain link fence. The virus is much smaller than the holes in the weave of the mask. And those unelected federal and state bureaucrats are for the most part an unnecessary and expensive pain in the @&&.
