Free Speech on Campus
"It's not free speech if you're having to ask for permission to do it."
The college got sued, lost the case, and paid out. Good.

Unfortunately, FIRE's success is limited to the Modesto Junior College campus. At the junior college down the street the same battle will have to be fought and will continue to have to be fought until those who enact such policies are found personally liable. That will put the fear of God into all these unaccountable administrators in way much nothing else would.
