A Texas assistant high school principal has resigned after he was arrested Monday for allegedly having sex with an underage student in his office during the school’s prom last spring.*sigh*
Mark Steven West, 30, an assistant principal at Spring High School, in Spring, Texas, was charged with improper sexual relations with a student, a second-degree felony, according to the court record. The student has not been named.
West has pleaded not guilty and posted a $30,000 bond.

I honestly do not know where these people are coming from. I do recognize that many of the offenders are involved in programs with large numbers of students. Cheerleading, band, coaches all seem to be high in those numbers of offenses for some reason. Also, there's an age deal that keeps cropping up. It seems that some of the people under forty had a very different view of life from college. Males and females seem to think they can do anything they want. Just this week one of our AP's had to ask a new young teacher not to wear leggins with a sweater. The teacher's response? "How come I'm being punished for working out?" That's a problem just waiting to happen.
