The President Is A Liar, And Everyone Knows It

There's a difference between being wrong and knowingly stating something false, and this president is a proven liar.  Not only is he incompetent, he's a liar--and coming from West Point I don't use that terminology loosely.

If you voted for this man you voted for an incompetent and a liar.  The rest of us knew--you should have, too.  You were taken in.  You were duped.  You were suckered.

You brought this on us.

Update, 10/30/13:

Update #2, 11/3/13:  You lost your health insurance? Even CNN reports that it was Senate Democrats that supported the rule that caused you to lose it.  Now you see why they had to pass the law before we'd know what's in it (Nancy Pelosi said that); it never would have passed if they'd told the truth.  I'm still glad that not a single Republican voted for this.

Update #3, 11/17/13:  New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand says they all knew (video at the link).  When asked "so were you misled" by President Obama:
Gillibrand offered a startling revelation:
He should’ve just been specific. No, we all knew. The whole point of the plan is to cover things people need, like preventive care, birth control, pregnancy. How many women, the minute they get pregnant, might risk their coverage. How many women paid more because of their gender, because they might get pregnant. Those are the reforms.
If “we all knew,” as Gillibrand claimed, that means that in addition to further confirmation that the president knew he was lying during the at least 36 times that he told the public that “if you like your plan, you can keep your plan,” the following Democrat senators were also all lying, when they promised Americans, as the president did, that they can keep their health insurance plans...
She wasn't trying to throw anyone under the bus, she was just trying to make her point.  But in making her point she jumped under that bus and dragged her fellow Dems along with her.

Though all of this is true, and reprehensible ... the worse thing is the plan won't work.

I haven't seen as of yet any of the usual Obamaite suspects coming to his defense...I wonder why?

Darren - they still won't ever "get" it.

The "message" has naturally (and very predictably) switched to "blame the greedy insurance companies" for the discontinued policies and rate hikes. The Obamabots are already parroting the script. They don't have the individuality or intelligence to entertain any skepticism. They belong in the chains they've created.

There must be a way to unshackle ourselves, though, and I believe it will be found.

Save the effort. Lefties are invulnerable to argument since agreement, or even a careful consideration of opposing views, undercuts who they are. Lefties are lefties not because of some process of thoughtful consideration; it's visceral.

Or rather, it's developmental since lefties are suffering from the Lost Boys syndrome.

They refuse to grow up preferring instead to believe that they are morally-elevated and intellectually superior. The former's the justification for all their demands and the latter's why they're always right.

So they'll vigorously defend Obamacare because they're defending themselves. When they stop defending lefty ideas, those few who do, they're no longer lefties. They'll have accepted that the world doesn't have to conform to their conceits and must be accepted the way it's presented. That no amount of temper tantrums or other people's money will change the world more to their liking.

Yes, he lied.
There's plenty of audio and video proof. But even now the Obama voters are making excuses, blaming everyone and everything but him. Notice how every real crisis has a distracting manufactured crisis.

This was not accidental nor do I believe for one nano-second that the president was out of the loop. I think these actions were calculated misdirection orchestrated to manipulate a weak minded demographic that would rather admit their own mothers had sex with a Wookie than admit Obama had intentionally misled the nation.

Reference Nancy Pelosi and her infamous "But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it…", a doctor called into a local talk show in Houston. He called that the definition of a stool sample.

What we SAID was ... If you like your plan, and it doesn't change, and it meets our standards, you can keep your plan." Um, No, that's exactly NOT what you said. And the cool thing is that John Stewart and Fox News and anyone else who cares can loop a whole bunch of clips of you saying NOT that, at different locations, at different times. Just admit that a) you purposely lied to get the thing passed, or b) you're an incompetent ididot who has no idea of what he's doing. I'm not sure which is worse, but they both suck.
