Is Canada Moving Into the 21st Century?

Or just the 20th?

I think that Canada is in the same mindset the US was about twenty years ago. They just don't think that bad things can happen to good people. I think that is what shocked them so much about the little discussed terrorist cell which was broken up. It's the same thing that so many liberals just don't get, that voting right and supporting liberal causes makes absolutely no difference to a terrorist that wants people dead just because of their nationality.
