Wednesday Trivia

The answer to yesterday's question is:
Young and sweet. (It appears this question was significantly easier than yesterday's.)

Today's question is:
Which vegetable did the elder President Bush (41) publicly identify as one he did not like?

Wouldn't be prudent at this juncture.
    Not gonna happen.

    Broccoli.

  2. Broccoli if memory serves me correctly.

As for the Dancing Queen question, I still have no idea what you are referring to with that question.

  7. Broccoli.

It is funny that I was telling someone about this just the other day. I was saying that when you're the POTUS you have to be careful what you say and that by and large I think most of them weigh what they say as carefully as they can.

It really isn't a big deal but even something as simple as dislike of a vegetable can have repercussions when you are the most important political person in the country.

I think our current president is not as careful. He says some edgy stuff off the cuff, from the special olympics comment, to the "stupid" police officer thing, to the doctor not helping you manage your diabetes because he'll get paid a lot to cut your leg off.

All of these comments make me think he is under-prepared for the gravity of being the President.

Sorry so long, I know this was a trivia question.

  8. Wasn't it broccoli? I'm trying to answer without looking it up, so forgive me if I mess it up.

  9. Hmmm...it was either Brussels sprouts or Broccoli. Can't remember which one. I do remember thinking at the time, if he doesn't have to eat what he does like, then I deserve to do the same.

I have never touched a Brussels sprout since.
