That might not be a perfect quote because it has been a long time since I've seen or heard "The Music Man," but it is close. Anyhow, obviously that makes the answer River City. And now I'm going to have to check and see if there really is a River City, Iowa. In the meantime I'll let the 76 trombones lead me to Google.
