Higher Food Prices Affect School Cafeterias

Interesting story from the Washington Post.

"We're seeing our food cost growing at a rate that is putting pressure on our budget. Increases in corn, wheat, milk -- it's really hitting us," Goldstein said. "We're having to be creative, but we're worried it's not sustainable."

  1. Did you catch the newest cover of Newsweek? It seems that corn based ethanol is causing corn prices to rise. Let's see, I posted that like a month ago....I guess that's why I get the big bucks.
