You Catch More Flies With Honey Than With Vinegar

Empathy.  Treating people as individuals rather than political or racial avatars.  I could support something like this.

Why won't it catch on?  Because division, not "healing", is the goal of so-called diversity training.

    Absolutely! Although this is pretty much the Golden Rule, so a part of me thinks it should be obvious and not necessary to throw money at. Wouldn't it be better to fund reading improvement programs or help individual students who are struggling than to try to teach grownups how to behave?
