Education, politics, and anything else that catches my attention.
So-called learning styles, and it's cousin "multiple intelligences", have no place in education. They don't even have science! to back them up.
Very interesting. Here I thought VARK was science-based but this makes total sense in regards to my learning "style."
I've said for years that you should teach the material in the manner that makes most sense *for the material*, not for the individual. In math, that's seeing/hearing/doing, all three.
