A Small Sign of Hope

Almost two months ago I wrote about Rosie's Country Kitchen.  Today, it's open!  I posted this on Instagram; note the red, white, and blue color scheme in honor of the day.

BTW, can't you feel your arteries clogging just looking at that food?
