No, Sorry, Obama was right. We have not and will not drill ourselves out of the problem. In the second quarter of 2018, the U.S. imported roughly 10.4 million barrels of petroleum per day, In the second quarter of 2018; the U.S. exported roughly 7.6 million barrels of petroleum per day. It doesn’t matter how much you produce if at the end of the day you still have to import three million barrel a day. Yours in civil discourse. Richard-the-liberal

Obama didn't want to drill. We drill. We frak. I've read that when LNG is included, we're a *net* energy *exporter*.
