Cool Coin

I don't recognize the language so I cannot determine where this coin comes from, but I assume from the animals that it's somewhere in Africa.

    There's a "Little Ethiopia" less than two miles from my house and which I drive through regularly. The writing looked familiar. I literally googled Ethiopia + lion + coin.
