It rained last night and this morning. Then it got nice and sunny for most of the school day. Just before school got out, Odin threw his hammer and the loudest clap of thunder announced a downpour.
An hour and a half later, it's sunny again.
Update: An hour and 10 minutes later, it's raining quite a bit again. Weather in the Sacramento Valley isn't usually so mercurial!
As your neighbor to the north, I agree that it's been a weird day! Rain, sun, freezing cold/rain/wind, sun! now there's a thunderstorm.
