    I forget the technical term, but the right not to have soldiers boarded at your house. Last time I looked on find-law, there had not been a US Supreme Court case where this amendment played a part.

    No quartering troops in people's houses without their approval. :D Just was looking at it yesterday, otherwise I prolly wouldn't have known.

  4. Troops cannot be quartered in a private home against the owner's wishes (unless it's wartime and Congress says the troops can stay).

    That except in times of war,as prescribed by law, no American may be forced to provide housing to federal soldiers.

  10. It states soldiers cannot be housed in a private house during peacetime, nor during wartime, except as provided for by law.
