The answer to yesterday's question is:
53 1/3 yards (160 feet).
Today's question is:
What is the name of the terrorist organization that kidnapped heiress Patty Hearst from Berkeley in 1974?
Just so you know, this Sunday is going to start a new theme week! I know how excited everyone is.
Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA)
ReplyDeleteSimbianese (sp) Liberation Army (SLA)
ReplyDeleteSymbionese Liberation Army, and I confess to having to look up the spelling of Symbionese. I tried every variation that I could think of and my spell check was less than helpful. I fixed it though. I put Symbionese in it. That'll teach it to not help me.
ReplyDeleteIt was the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA). General Cinque (sp) was the fearless leader.
ReplyDeleteSLA....Symbanese Liberation Army.
ReplyDeleteThat wonderful group of freedom fighters/minutemen was the Symbionese Liberation Army.
ReplyDeleteSimbanese Liberation Army?
ReplyDeleteHa! I checked and I got it right from memory. Except for the spelling.
Symbionese Liberation Army.
The Symbionese Liberation Army, or SLA for short. Which was a funny name because 1) they weren't an actual army, just a rag-tag band of domestic terrorists, 2) they sure as heck didn't liberate anybody, instead they kidnapped people, and 3) they weren't even from Symbia, wherever the heck an invented place like that could be!
