Offhand I can think of two, Ike and Carter. It sticks in my mind there is at least one more, but the only one I can think of is Grant and I'm not sure about him, although if I had to bet I would bet he is one. So two I'm sure of, one I think there is a better than even chance, and if there are more I have no idea who they are.
