California students are lucky to have such a protected venue for free expression. This law is certainly in keeping with the ideals of America, and as always the answer to speech is more speech, not less. The school was wrong both morally and legally and the court made a good decision.
I can't help but notice that a certain civil liberties organization was also in support of the student.
