Are lesson plans really valuable in practice? I googled up a batch of them a couple of years ago, and a lot of them contained levels of detail that seemed totally unnecessary ("Get a role of brown paper. Make a wall banner 4 1/2 feet long, using purple and green magic markers.")
Well Mr. Baird has his "Book of Phyz" which is a complete setup for Physics free online - phyz.org. The only problem is its so good that the teacher has to be quite knowledgable to be able to use it correctly.
