Chirac had business holdings in Iraq and Schroeder was a piece of s*** who wanted to be reelected and would do anything to get there. Bush will be judged well in history. He won't get any credit today and that's a shame.Law and Order Teacherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11069306257334186404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10348701.post-75016743278584775862008-06-14T12:49:00.000-07:002008-06-14T12:49:00.000-07:00My thoughts as well. As I recall, both of them were elected as the result of a huge push for separation from the U.S.-part of the German psyche needs to be viewed as independent and the French, well, they're French! When the economies of both nations suffered under the socialist inspired burden of fees and taxes, the voters rebelled. So if we in turn elect the most liberal president in history along with the Democrat controlled Congress, we will get the same kind of high cost government-and probably the same political reaction down the road. Politics is a pendulum and for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.Ellen Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02845981491726296767noreply@blogger.com
