Free Speech? Yes. Hate Speech? That Depends On Who You Ask.

I think we can all agree that he wasn't very civil:
A Kent State University professor allegedly with former ties to a jihadist website shouted “Death to Israel” at a public lecture delivered on the Ohio campus by a former Israeli diplomat.

Lets see what we have here.

Parent's scared for their child's safety at schools and Universities after Columbine, VA Tech, and others.

Student's being arrested for having talked of plans to do similar things.

College professor advocating on campus for the death of an entire nation.

Nope, no grounds to take action against him from what I can see.

Of course, I have my eyes closed right now as does the Kent State administration.

I'm sure people have been fired for expressing their personal opinions outside of the workplace . . . but, they shouldn't be. Hating Israel doesn't make sense to me, just as suicide bombs don't. But, one harms others, and the other doesn't.
