Whining About Failing Engineering School

Joanne also provides us with this bit of comedy, a failed engineering student who wants to tell the world how to really teach engineering students. It starts off like this:
If you want more engineers in the United States, you must find a way for America's engineering programs to retain students like, well, me: people smart enough to do the math and motivated enough to at least take a bite at the engineering apple, but turned off by the overwhelming coursework....

Solving problems is what engineering is. While a salary is necessary the solution is the real reward. If that does not make sense, go over to the J school.
