NY Civil Liberties Union Sues To Stop Military Recruiting On Campus

A lawsuit to stop military recruiting on high school campuses.

Eugene Volokh lists several thing wrong with the NYCLU's positons. Points 3 and 4 are my favorites.

Thanks for linking to that. You're right, 3 and 4 are the most crafty arguments there. I'm generally a fan of the ACLU, but's that's a bizarre claim for the NYCLU to take.
